By registering an account, purchasing credits, or even simply browsing profiles on SlavicLove, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of this agreement, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and close your account via our contact page.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to form the complete legal agreement between you and SlavicLove. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email and on-site notice.

2. Eligibility and Age (18+)

SlavicLove is a platform for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age - or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher - to register or use any feature of this service. We enforce age verification through government-issued ID checks during profile onboarding, and any account found to belong to a minor is deleted immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are single, legally free to enter a relationship or marriage, not currently listed on any sex offender registry, and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. User Rights and Obligations

As a SlavicLove member, you are entitled to a safe, verified environment, transparent pricing, and responsive customer support 24/7. In exchange, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with our community standards and the following obligations:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile, including real photographs of yourself.
• Treat every member with respect, dignity, and courtesy - regardless of nationality, culture, or religion.
• Report suspicious behavior, scam attempts, or policy violations through the in-platform reporting tools.
• Use the platform solely for the purpose of seeking genuine personal relationships, not for commercial, political, or promotional activities.
• Review our safety tips and apply them in every interaction with other members.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of unused credits, and possible legal action:

1. False identity. Creating fake profiles, using another person's photographs, or misrepresenting your age, marital status, or intentions.
2. Harassment and abuse. Sending threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or sexually explicit unsolicited messages to any member.
3. Commercial exploitation. Promoting businesses, escort services, adult content, other dating sites, MLM schemes, or any for-profit activity.
4. Illegal content. Posting material that violates any law, including content involving minors, trafficking, drugs, weapons, or stolen goods.
5. Financial solicitation. Requesting or sending money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial assistance to or from other members outside our official gift-delivery service.
6. Technical interference. Attempting to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
7. Impersonation. Pretending to be SlavicLove staff, an expert such as Dr. Peggy Bolcoa, or any public figure.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, messages, and profile text you publish on SlavicLove. By uploading content, however, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, reproduce, and promote that content within the platform and in our marketing materials for as long as your account remains active.

All trademarks, design elements, software, written guides, and the SlavicLove brand itself - including our K-1 visa guide and other editorial resources - remain the exclusive property of SlavicLove and its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially distribute any platform content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SlavicLove is a matchmaking facilitator - not a guarantor of outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee successful matches, marriage, compatibility, or any specific emotional or financial result from using our services.

You are solely responsible for evaluating other members, deciding whom to meet in person, and taking reasonable safety precautions. We strongly encourage reviewing our guide to avoiding dating scams before any financial or travel commitment.

7. Pricing, Billing, and 30-Day Refund Policy

SlavicLove operates on a transparent tiered pricing model with no hidden fees:

• Basic - Free forever. Profile creation, unlimited browsing, up to 5 messages per day, basic search filters, and full access to safety resources.
• Premium - $29.99 per month. Unlimited messaging, 50 video credits monthly, real-time translation, advanced filters, and priority customer support.
• Platinum - $49.99 per month. Everything in Premium plus one monthly expert coaching session with Dr. Peggy Bolcoa, unlimited video chat, K-1 visa assistance, gift delivery, VIP support, and background checks.

New members receive 20 free credits upon registration. All paid memberships and credit purchases are protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within thirty days of purchase, for any reason, by writing to our billing team. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] or by using the "Delete Account" option inside your profile settings. Upon closure, your profile is removed from search results within 24 hours, and all personal data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SlavicLove reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the safety of other members. In cases of serious violation - such as fraud, harassment, or illegal activity - termination is immediate and without refund, and we may share relevant information with law enforcement.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of SlavicLove shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
