All collection is limited to what is necessary to operate a safe Slavic dating service for serious adults.

Information you provide

• Account basics: phone number, email, gender, date of birth, country, city.
• Profile content: biography, photos, videos, partner preferences, lifestyle answers.
• Payment information processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers (we never store full card numbers).
• Survey responses and messages you send to other members or to support.

Information from third parties

• Reports and signals from other members (for example, abuse reports).
• Information from social login providers (Google, Apple, Facebook) if you choose to connect them.
• Fraud prevention signals from anti-scam partners.

Information collected automatically

• Device data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system.
• Activity data: pages viewed, features used, search filters, timestamps.
• Approximate location derived from IP, plus precise geolocation only with your explicit consent.
• Identity-verification data, including facial-geometry signals from photo and video checks (biometric data, processed only with consent).

We use your information for seven defined purposes. Each purpose has a specific legal basis under GDPR and equivalent state laws.

2. B. Matching and recommendations — helping you connect with compatible Slavic women (contractual necessity).
3. C. New service delivery — rolling out new features such as HD video chat and live translation (contractual necessity).
4. D. Marketing — relevant offers, newsletters, and retargeting (legitimate interest, with opt-out at any time).
5. E. Product improvement — analytics, A/B tests, and quality measurement (legitimate interest).
6. F. Fraud prevention — detecting scams, fake profiles, and prohibited behavior (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
7. G. Legal compliance — tax, accounting, court orders, and regulatory cooperation (legal obligation).

Sensitive data and precise geolocation are processed only after you give clear, separate consent that you can withdraw at any time.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the categories of recipients listed below, and only to the extent strictly required to deliver the service or to comply with the law.

• Other members — the public part of your profile (name, age, photos, bio) is visible to verified members.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, anti-fraud, and translation vendors bound by strict confidentiality contracts.
• Affiliated companies within the SlavicLove corporate group, for platform safety, technical processing, and audit.
• Corporate transactions — in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or insolvency, with notice to you in advance.
• Law enforcement and regulators — only in response to a valid legal request or to protect the rights and safety of our members.
• Other parties with your consent — for example, when you choose to link a social account.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure performance, and show relevant promotions.
